Statement from the CHL
This season Ukraine, represented by their national champions HC Donbass Donetsk, became part of the CHL family and showed European ice hockey and its fans great respect, hospitality and humanity.
We are saddened and deeply concerned over the recent events in Ukraine. The CHL condemns any acts of war and acts against humanity.
Our thoughts and hearts go out to the people of Ukraine, the Ukrainian ice hockey family and the members of our CHL participants HC Donbass Donetsk.
