The Champions Hockey League has today confirmed the schedule for this season's Round of 16, which will take place on Tuesdays 6 and 20 November 2018.

Group Winners from the Group Stage are given home-ice advantage in the return games. One exception to this is for the Malmö Redhawks vs. SC Bern matchup, which is reversed as the Redhawks did not have arena availability.
