Everything has been going the way of this 26-year-old talent since he joined Färjestad Karlstad ahead of this season and Oskar Steen's excellent performances in this Champions Hockey League season so far have earned him a nomination for the competition's most prestigious prize! 

Why's that you ask? Well for starters, Steen has cemented himself as the Top Scorer of the Regular Season Winners and with 17 points (6G,11A) in 11 games played, he's also one of the league's most prolific scorers as well. 

Steen has been a workhorse for the in-form Semi-Finalists, recording a mighty +10 goal +/-, two powerplay goals and a game-winner. He's also been actively taking part of Färjestad's all-on physical play with six blocked shots and seven hits. The cherry on top is his sparkling face-off percentage that's nearing the stunning 70% mark.
