In this week's #MyCHLMoment we got in contact with veteran defenseman Severin Blindenbacher from the ZSC Lions. The 37-year-old, who is currently in his 14th season with the club, takes us back to a time long in the past as he recalls the long, twisted journey the Lions took to eventually be crowned European Champions back in 2008/09. They faced teams from the Czech Republic, Switzerland and even Russia but defied the odds and ended the season lifting the trophy exactly 12 years ago!
