Rögle Ängelholm's journey to the Semi-Finals stage of this season’s CHL is in no small part down to the contribution of forward Ludvig Larsson.
The 26-year-old centreman has made a big impression in his first season with the SHL-outfit and his team-leading 13 points have helped propel CHL debutants Rögle into the competition's Semi-Finals.
In his first 10 CHL games for Rögle this season, Larsson has slotted perfectly into a third line role, adding four goals and nine assists. Larsson produced an encouraging return of a goal and four assists in Rögle’s unbeaten three-game start in the Group Stage, establishing himself as a key contributor in both five-on-five play and on the powerplay, where he scored the game-winning goal in Rögle’s Round of 16 return game against ZSC Lions Zurich.
A depth forward who packs a punch offensively, Ludvig Larsson’s performances for CHL contenders Rögle have not gone unnoticed.
