All the votes have been counted up and it’s decided – Mark Simpson of the Sheffield Steelers scored the Best Goal of the 2024/25 Champions Hockey League season!

And we couldn’t agree more. This special goal has everything we love about the Champions Hockey League!

The 29-year-old Canadian in the EIHL club's services struck the game-winner on a beautiful breakaway to win their Game Day 4 clash against 2024 CHL Finalists Skellefteå AIK and the crowd went wild when it landed in. We don't blame them, as this was the Steelers' third CHL win in a row which was the stuff of dreams ahead of 2024/25.
