Rögle Ängelholm became CHL Champions in their first ever season in the pan-European competition in 2021/22, ending the season with a 11-2 record and beating Tappara Tampere 2-1 in the Final.
The team from Ängelholm has been playing in the country's top flight consistently since 2015/16 and recorded their highest-ever finish of third at the end of the 2019/20 season - beating their previous high of sixth in 1994.
The club was founded in 1932 as a bandy team, which is why they're known as Rögle BK (for 'Bandyklubb').
The team's current Head Coach Cam Abbott and his twin brother Chris Abbott (who is Rögle's General Manager) are the only two people to have won the CHL both as players and coaches.
The duo first became CHL Champions during their time with Luleå (2014/15 CHL Champions) and won their second CHL as coaches in 2021/22.
