The Odense Bulldogs are based in Odense, Denmark, competing in the nation’s top league, the Metal Ligaen. Founded in 1978, the Bulldogs have grown into a cornerstone of Danish ice hockey and represent the only elite-level club on the island of Funen. Over the years, they've built a reputation for passionate play, community engagement, and resilience on and off the ice.
The team plays its home games at the Spar Nord Arena (formerly known as Odense Isstadion), a lively venue located in the Bolbro district that holds over 3,200 spectators.
In a historic breakthrough, the Bulldogs clinched their first-ever national championship in 2025, marking a defining moment in the club’s legacy and thrilling fans across the region. The long-awaited title capped off decades of determination and steady progress, solidifying their place among Denmark’s hockey elite.
2025/26 will be their very first season in the Champions Hockey League.
